My name is Rafael van Kreuningen, and I'm an experienced all-round photographer based in The Netherlands. While my main focus lies in capturing captivating moments at music events and festivals, I thrive on embracing versatility and venturing beyond my comfort zone. It is through such explorations that I have found some of the most exhilarating and innovative experiences.
My photography journey began approximately 4 years ago when I embarked on a path as a photojournalist for both local and national newspapers in The Netherlands. While this endeavor provided valuable insights, I eventually discovered that my true passion lies beyond the realm of photojournalism. I decided to delve into various genres, allowing me to cultivate a diverse skill set.
Among the different genres I've explored, I found myself drawn to (music) events and festivals. The vibrant atmosphere, the energy of the performers, and the connection forged with the audience make these occasions particularly thrilling for me to capture through my lens.
